Chexas Cowboy a really nice horse that we raised and sold as a two year old.  Consequently, after a shoulder injury as he was being trained for cow events he was offered for sale. Our decision to purchase him back was quick and easy after seeing his offspring. Our first foals will arrive 2025 and we are excited to see the cross on our mares.

        His sire,  TRR Model Playgun is our son of Playgun who has had a major impact on our breeding program over the past ten years.

       His Dam,  Lone Star Chexas, is a daughter of Texas Kicker, the 1991 AQHA World Champion Junior Reining Horse.  The dam, Lone Star Chexas is  Rose Chex, an own daughter of the great broodmare, sire King Fritz. Rose Chex is the dam of Dex Dazzolena and other NCHA and AQHA Performers. ​​
